David Mfitumukiza

David Mfitumukiza is the Team Leader for ERICCA. He is responsible for all project reporting to USAID. He provides overall technical leadership, strategic direction, and management of the ERICCA and ensures an integrated vision among different components and actors, and focus on achieving the results defined for the project. He is also responsible for technical assistance and direct capacity building support to local partner institutions and plays a lead role in linking the project with senior Ugandan and local government officials, the private sector, non-governmental organizations, donors, and community-based groups.

Sarah Sunday Fortunate

Sarah Sunday Fortunate is the Climate Adaptation Specialist for ERICCA. She supports the Chief of Party (COP) in the development and delivery of technical interventions carried out by the activity and works closely with the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) consultant. She holds MSc. Climate Change and Development from the Institute of Development Studies(IDS), University of Sussex (Commonwealth Scholar) and a holder of BSc. Environmental Science Technology and Management from Kyambogo University, Uganda.

Joseph Kabaga

Joseph Kabaga is the Finance Lead for ERICCA. He is responsible for all Activity financial reporting to USAID. An accomplished professional with more than 13 years of financial management and administration experience with complex USAID and other donor-funded development projects.

Jacqueline Ainembabazi

Jacqueline Ainembabazi is the Program Associate for ERICCA. She is responsible for all Activity administrative, procurement and logistical support. She provides support to the Monitoring and Evaluation Function and Activities’ planning and organizing for ERICCA. She has an Environmental science background and holds a Master’s degree in Project planning and Management.

Amos Nyarwaya

Amos Nyarwaya is the Technical Associate for ERICCA. He is responsible for supporting the Climate Adaptation Specialist and Chief of Party in the day to day technical needs of the program. He also provides support to the implementation of the technical direction of activities and, on an as-needed basis, the operations of ERICCA.

Emmanuel Ntale

Emmanuel Ntale is the Youth Programs Associate for ERICCA/MUCCRI. He works directly with over six hundred (600) youths within various universities, schools and out-of-school. He supports the activity on result areas, mainly 2, 3 and 4 where MUCCRI is: Providing cutting edge short and long term training to students, staff, and external stakeholders and communicating with external stakeholders and disseminating climate change adaptation information. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Conservation Forestry and Products Technology from Makerere University.
